The rates prescribed for Krishna Hostel are applicable for all User Charges Programme, State and Central Government employees on duty, officials of ATIs of other states on duty.
For these above category officials, if they are on private visit, the accommodation is available on payment of 10% extra charges on the above rates.
For Private officials requesting for accommodation the same is provided on payment of 20% extra charges on the tariff fixed.
  Accommodation will be provided subject to availability and officials on private visit will be given last preference
An Additional 2% is charged on Accommodation and Catering facilities, towards Mitigation of Carbon foot prints

In addition 2% extra will be levied for offsetting Carbon foot prints of the participants. Proceeds to be utilised for enhancement of greenery and maintenance of greenery on the campus. The Center for Climate Change is also to be supported.

 
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation charges will be levied on the total estimated cost for the programmes cancelled.
Government (Central/State) Departments and Local Bodies 5%
Public Sector undertakings, quasi Government Bodies and cooperatives 10%
Private Organizations 50%
The same charges are also applicable where part facility has been utilized, to the extent of unutilized facilities.  
Wherever cancellation intimation is officially given in less than 24 hours before the indented date, the cancellation charges will be double the above rates.  
 
Catering Charges
A uniform 25% service charge is levied on boarding and mineral water charges
Government Officials on private visit may avail boarding facility by paying the caterer, the boarding charges as fixed by the Institute
For all other category 25% service charges are leviable.
